As a key member of our install team, you will be responsible for installing new and replacement HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial settings. You will work on a variety of projects, from packaged rooftop units and split systems to custom ductwork fabrication and installation. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical skill and a can do attitude and approach. Must be able to work independently and with a team to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and commission commercial HVAC equipment, including packaged rooftop units and split systems.
• Work with project managers, construction contractors, and other trades on site to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe, clean, and professional manner, following all safety protocols.
• Experience with various tools, including power tools, refrigerant gauges, and electrical test equipment.
