Lead HVAC installer

Job Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in overseeing the installation of commercial roof top units, while supervising and guiding a team of installers throughout the process ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the scope of work reflected in the project contract. Time management, decision making and problem solving are very important aspects of this position as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally with subcontractors, co-workers, and the construction manager.

This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems in commercial settings according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Weld components as necessary for system installations or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to HVAC installation and repair.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies in the HVAC field.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
